Our standard UK Mainland delivery is free of charge. The majority of deliveries are within 7 working days of placing your order, although we do ask that you allow up to 14 working days.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery (8.30am to 5.30pm) – FREE
Pre 12 Noon Delivery - £9.95
Pre 9am Delivery - £24.95
Saturday Delivery (before 12 noon) - £14.95
Yes, whenyour rug is ready to be despatched a delivery tracking number is e-mailed to you allowing you to track the progress of your delivery online and see what day it is due to arrive.
Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address or even your place of work if this is more convenient for you.
Yes, our couriers may try to deliver your order to a neighbour if you are not at home to receive the delivery (as explained in our website terms) UNLESS you request that we do not leave your order with a neighbour in which case we will instruct our couriers to deliver to your address only.
Can my order be left in my porch, shed, garage etc?
Our couriers do require that you sign for your order upon delivery. We can only leave your rug without a signature if you email us stating that you will take full responsibility should the goods go missing or become damaged as a result of being left without a signature.
What if I miss the delivery?
If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card through your door with a phone number to call. Simply call this number and tell the couriers what day you would like them to re-deliver on and they will arrange this for you free of charge.

Returns
We're sure you will love your rug, however if you are not completley satisfied you may return you may return any rug purchased from us for a full refund so long as you inform us in writing or by email within 7 days of your order being delivered. For full details please see our returns page.
