We hold stock of standard sizes here at our warehouse in the UK so we are able to despatch and deliver orders quickly. Custom size rugs are manufactured outside of the UK, the country which they are made in depends on the type of rug you order and different manufacturers have different lead times for custom orders. We need to allow time for your rug to be designed in the size/shape you need, put in the production schedule, produced by expert rug makers and then shipped to us. We have a very good relationship with all of our suppliers/manufacturers so we can ensure your custom rug is delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Why is the price for custom sizes higher than standard sizes?Standard sizes are produced in very large bulk quantities meaning we are able to get a better price from the manufacturer. When we ask the manufacturer to produce a one off custom size for us they do add a surcharge per square meter to account the extra time and work involved in producing a bespoke product.

Our standard UK Mainland delivery is free. The estimated delivery time is displayed on the product page of each rug when ordering and is also show when you add the item to your shopping basket. Most rugs are delivered within 7 working days of placing your order but we do advise that you check the delivery time quoted on each rug for a more accurate estimate.
How will I know when my order will arrive?
When your order is dispatched we email your delivery tracking information allowing you to see when your order will arrive.
What if I miss the delivery?
If you miss the first delivery attempt our courier will leave a card allowing you to re-arrange the delivery on a convenient date.
Can my order be delivered to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address or even your place of work if this is more convenient for you.
Can my order be left with a neighbour?
Yes, our courier may try to deliver your order to a neighbour if you are not home UNLESS you contact us before despatch to request delivery to your address only.
Can my order be left in my porch, shed, garage etc?
We can only leave your order without a signature if you email us after placing your order giving your permission to do this. Please state your order number when emailing us.
