We use livestock so you can order knowing the rug will arrive on time.

What does "back in soon" mean?
You can still order rugs that are due "back in soon", we'll email you a delivery date the following day and it usually takes 2-6 weeks for these to be delivered.
Those rugs are not in stock but are in production or transport so are usually with us within 6 weeks.

Delivery

Delivery lead times are working days from Monday to Friday unless you select Saturday Delivery.

Our standard UK Mainland delivery is free. The estimated delivery time is displayed on the product page of each rug. Most rugs are delivered within 7 working days of placing your order.

Once your order is dispatch you will receive an email or SMS from UPS with instructions on how to choose your delivery day. You can delay the day your rug is delivered by up to 2 weeks after we dispatch it to any weekday (Saturday if you selected that option) or location that works for you.

Returns

If you're not 100 % happy with the rug, you're free to return it. Just be sure to let us know within 15 days of it being delivered.
